In the app (fastest)

1. Open Will-O-Wisp and tap the menu (☰) at the top left.
2. Scroll to Your account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your name, email and preferences are removed from our servers straight away and you are signed out.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email willowispapp@gmail.com from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email address, country, email-preference setting and user ID.
• Kept on your phone only: your alarm, tags, streaks and badges, until you uninstall the app.
• Kept by Google: purchase records needed for billing and tax, under Google Play's policies. Cancel an active Pro subscription in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to your name or email and are deleted automatically within 14 months and 90 days.
